By investing in the Flexible Savings plan, you agree to lock funds into a flexible savings product that pays out per-cycle returns over a 60-day period (6 payout cycles, each 10 days apart). You may enter any investment amount equal to or above the minimum threshold indicated in the app.
Payouts are calculated and delivered every 10 days (each "cycle") directly to your TierVest wallet. The payout amount for your specific investment is computed based on your chosen amount and displayed for your review before you confirm. Payouts are credited automatically and do not require manual withdrawal requests.
Investment payments are collected via Safaricom M-Pesa STK push. You will receive an STK prompt on your registered M-Pesa phone to authorize the payment. The investment is only activated once the M-Pesa callback confirms a successful transaction.
Only users who have submitted valid government-issued identification (passport or national ID) and received admin approval may invest in Flexible Savings. By submitting the investment form, you confirm that your identity has been verified by TierVest.
You may request an early withdrawal of your Flexible Savings investment at any time before the 60-day term completes. Early withdrawals return 50% of the invested principal; already-paid cycles are not clawed back. A standard withdrawal fee applies where relevant.
If you overpay your investment, you may submit a refund request through your Wallet page. Refund requests are reviewed manually by an admin and, if approved, credited back to your wallet minus a processing fee of KSh 500. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process after approval.
Once you confirm an investment, the per-cycle payout amount is locked in for the full 60-day term. You cannot change the payout amount mid-term. The plan may be extended or renewed at TierVest's discretion.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Flexible Savings payouts are not guaranteed returns and are subject to market conditions. You may lose part of your investment if the underlying yield model adjusts. By investing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
TierVest reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Flexible Savings feature after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
